Hi EvanS_BTS
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
In Windows 10, top and bottom snap was not implemented, that is not available in Windows 11, there is no setting or even a known registry hack to enable that in Windows 10.

Hey all,
As part of my setup in my office, I have one monitor rotated 180 to use in portrait mode. Something I have not been able to figure out is if you can snap a window to the top or bottom half of the screen as you would snap to the left or right on a landscape screen. Is there possibly a hidden setting I haven't found yet that would allow me to do this?
Thanks.
