Ethernet showing "No Internet Access" but internet is working

Some time ago, I noticed that my Windows 10 PC here at home was showing "No internet access" in the system tray. Came here to look for a fix, and got directed to this YouTube video: https://youtu.be/v3CkXHgj6Ig . I ran the registry fix, rebooted the PC, and the issue was resolved. Or so I thought.

After shutting down my PC for the day, I booted it the following morning, and the issue was back. I've been troubleshooting it off and on with the same results. It says "No internet access", but I can browse the web with no issue. I've updated/reinstalled my drivers. I tried turning on the WiFi on my PC, even though it's hardwired into my router here in my home office using static IP addressing. My WiFi is also coming up that there is no internet access. My personal Windows 10 laptop and my Windows 10 laptop from work are not having this issue on my network, only my PC.

I've noticed some issues that have popped up due to this issue. My weather app on my PC comes up that the internet isn't connected when I try to view local weather. And today, my McAfee has started popping up that it has no internet connection.

Any suggestions?

Been wanting to respond back on this sooner but have been quite busy.

Since I was going to have to reinstall all of my applications, I decided to do a clean reinstall of Windows 10.

Went through all of my applications, making a speadsheet noting where the installers, registration codes, etc. were for everything.

I then went through my profile, backing up my profile to an external hard drive that I bought a couple years ago for video projects for YouTube.

The reinstall of Windows went smoothly, and I got all of the applications reinstalled pretty quickly. Everything is working normally, and things seem to be a bit faster now too.

I'm still moving files from the backups to my profile, but that's because I'm using it as an opportunity to do a cleanup/reorganization of everything to get things better organized.

Tried disabling and then enabling the ethernet. Same issue. While troubleshooting before posting about the issue yesterday, I also removed the ethernet adapter, rebooted, and let it reinstall in the Device Manager. Also updated it to the latest drivers.

That did nothing. Whether I'm using ethernet or WiFi, my PC is saying "No Internet access" on whichever connection is in use while I'm able to open web browsers and get online. Even tried restarting my cable modem, my router, and my wireless router along with rebooting the PC.
