Error After Installing Android x86.org (0xc0000428)

I had experimented.

Regrets.

I was having a feeling to dual boot android with windows. I went to install android x86 on my Laptop.

Specs:

Toshiba Portege M930 (It's a touchscreen)

Cpu: Intel (R) Core i5-2450m (x64, but OS 32-bit)

Gpu/Igpu: Intel HD Graphics 3000 ( pretty sure V1)

Ram: 4GB of ram: 2.7 Gigs available to use.

SSD: 128 Gigs o' space

OS: Originally WIndows 7 32-bit Factory fresh; Upgraded Unofficially to WIndows 10 32-bit

Extra: Punched it because of the touchy-touchy driver was lagging: There's a damn crack and one of the sides ain't no workin.

Anyways;

I went to >>>https://www.android-x86.org/<<< and then went to this site >>>https://www.fosshub.com/Android-x86.html<<< then downloaded Android x86_64 (64 bit).

Used Rufus (rufus.ie) then flashed into Mini SD card (16gb). Then I made a partition, installed it.

No Debug mode, idiotly installed trusted grub (liar) and ntfs it ( it was already ntfs)

Now when i select windows in the grub booter I select Windows. Then it has the old windows 7 boot manager with a error saying

"FILE: \Windows\system32\winload.exe

STATUS: 0xc0000428

INFO: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file."

I can't repair it because trusted grub is now the boss.

I can't even reset my SSD!

Help is appreciated.

Links:>>>https://www.android-x86.org/<<< and then went to this site >>>https://www.fosshub.com/Android-x86.html<<<

For flashing >>>https://rufus.ie/en/<<<

This is a high effort post so please give the same back!

Thanks :D

Also, Android 9 works fine on the computer.

I wrote out in my first post exactly how to boot media to interrupt GRUB from trying to start after the BIOS hands it over. Power on the PC while pressing the BIOS Boot Menu interrupt key until it triggers the menu, choose the UEFI version of the media.

If this will not work then confirm the media is booting in another PC. If not then make it over exactly as I wrote earlier using only the Media Creation Tool.

If it still will not boot then see if you can enter BIOS/UEFI Setup to turn off Fast Boot, set the media first to boot in Boot tab, or if necessary reset the BIOS: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/reset-pc-bios-...

If you can't get into Setup then try resetting the CMOS:

    https://www.maketecheasier.com/how-to-reset-cmo...

If that won't work then you may need to remove the SSD or hard drive and slave it to another PC to rescue your files and wipe the drive with Clean Command, move it back and reinstall Windows:

    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.

(BTW I truly and genuinely appreciate what you're doing to try help me.)

I can go to bios but when I select the win 10 installation media (USB thingy) it redirects me to GRuB.

Simply, I can't do no nothing with windows 10 already inside it. So now, I would like to know to bypass the verification files Via grub.

    Appreciated :)

The links are working fine here. What is your problem with the links.

I saw that you were being redirected to GRUB which is why I wrote out the precise instructions for booting the media. You can ALWAYS boot media unless the hardware is bad.

You need to interrupt GRUB's attempt to take over from BIOS post. If that's not possible then you'll need to take the drive out and slave it to another PC to rescue your files and wipe the drive with Diskpart Clean Command:

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/85819-erase...

Test if the media boots in another PC and if not recreate it exactly as I wrote, then boot it as I wrote by pressing the BIOS Boot Menu key as you power on the PC. You may need to try several times. It needs to interrupt GRUB.

You have one of the most experienced installation experts on the web helping you, as long as you are polite and cooperative. Report back results of every step I've given you so I know what else to suggest.

Then you clearly have NOT pressed the links. Please just press em, then see for yourself!

Also, no matter what, it gets redirected to trusted grub. Even when i put a installation media thingy. I already tried that from before my original post. It recognizes the device but not the actual OS inside it.

Hello Help. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.

Android is not compatible or dual-bootable with Windows. Never have I seen such a case and I've been in forums 13 years daily and seen everything and handled every kind of install or dual boot case.

If you now need to try to repair the WIndows bootloader, everything possible is here for Troubleshooting Windows 10 Failure to Start: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

If it can't be repaired then wipe the drive of all partitions and reinstall Windows doing this gold standard Clean Install which compiles the best possible Install of Windows which will stay that way as long as you stick with the tools and methods given, has zero reported problems, and is better than any amount of money could buy: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki.... Read over it first, take notes, ask back any questions so you're prepared.

To create bootable Windows 10 Installation Media (on another PC if necessary) install Media Creation tool and follow the steps toward the bottom of the download page here in the section "Using the tool to create installation media:"

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/software-downlo...

Insert media, boot it by powering up PC while pressing the BIOS Boot Menu Key for your PC maker given in this chart: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutor...

If the media won't boot you may need to enter BIOS/UEFI Setup (pressing key given in chart in link above) to turn off Fast Boot or Fast Startup first.

Choose the boot device as a UEFI device if offered, then on second screen choose Install Now, then Custom Install, then at the drive selection screen delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, select the Unallocated Space, click Next to let it create and format the needed partitions and start install - this makes it foolproof.

There is a step to rescue your files first using the booted media if you don't have them backed up: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

You will get and keep the best possible install to the exact extent you stick with the steps, tools and methods in the linked tutorial. It's a great learning experience that will make you the master of your PC because you will learn everything that works best and how to apply it with your own hands.

Feel free to ask back any questions. Report back results for more steps if necessary.
