touchpad right click not working correctly

after i was forced to update my laptop from 1809 to 21h1 i incountered some issues like a windows hello issue but that is in another topic this question is after i updated my touchpad started to act up my right click isnit working correctly i have to tap mulitple times for the right click menus to appear and right click is acting as a left click - the left click and scrolling is working good - i tried to reinstall drivers for the mouse that didnt work

    I'm Jerico T., I understand that you're having some issues right now and I'd be more than happy to help you today.

    Kindly try to perform the steps below.

    1. Open run box by pressing Windows Key + R and type devmgmt.msc then hit enter
    2. Locate and expand Mice and other pointing devices
    3. Right-click HID-compliant mouse and select Update driver
    4. Select Browse my computer for drivers
    5. Select Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
    6. Select any older driver from the list and click next
    7. Wait for the process to complete, once completed, restart your computer and check if it resolves your issue.

    Hi Dedog -

    Thank you for your response and I apologize that the given steps did not work, kindly try to perform the other steps below.

    Go to your OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) website

    1. Open run-box by pressing windows key + R, type msinfo32 and hit enter.
    2. Look for your System Model and System Manufacturer, take note of them.
    3. Go to your OEM website and search for your driver using the information that you noted.
    4. Download and install the driver, restart your computer and check if the issue still persist.

    If in case the issue still persist, let's try to uninstall the latest windows update.

    1. Open settings by pressing Windows Key + I
    2. Click Update and Security
    3. Click View update history.
    4. On the upper left portion click Uninstall Updates
    5. Right-click on the latest windows update and select uninstall.
    6. Restart your computer and check if the issue still persist.

    it will not let me downgrade from 21h1 it shows no updates in the history meanwhile i've updated from 1809
