I am trying to connect to my personal hotspot in Windows 11. It shows up when I connect to it, it says No internet secured. I tried disabling and enabling wifi. It did not work. I also tried disabling and enabling airplane mode. STILL DID NOT WORK. I tried restarting my computer. STILL DOES NOT FREAKING WORK. I tried everything I could find. I EVEN TRIED to CONNECT MY IPHONE to the computer. AS YOU GUESS IT DOES NOT FREAKING WOOOOOORK. Bluetooth? NO DOES NOT WORK. I do not want to make my ip reset or to do command line stuff or ipconfig command.

    Hi GabrielMagpayo,

Welcome to post in Microsoft Community. I'm Mosken, let me help you figure it out.

According to your description, I knew that you can't connect to your iPhone hotspot in Windows 11, even if you tried restarting the computer's WiFi, disabling/enabling airplane mode and restarting the computer. If my understanding is wrong, please correct me in the reply.

First of all, the usual hotspot connection method is:

    1. open the cellular network on your mobile phone,
    2. then edit the hotspot and open it,
    3. then try to check whether there is a network with the same name (SSID) as your hotspot in the available network list in your computer, and try to log in.

If you have confirmed that your operation is in line with the above general steps, you can try to reconfigure your hotspot on your mobile phone, such as

    • editing the hotspot name (SSID),
    • reconfiguring the password,
    • and confirming that "Allow others to join" is turned on ,
    • turn on/off the cellular network (and confirm that your cellular network is available on your phone itself).

In addition, please make sure that your mobile phone and computer system are updated to the latest, and then try to update the network card driver in Windows 11. "Win" + "X" > "Device Manager" > "Network adapters", find your physical network card, then right click > "Update driver".

If you have successfully connected before, it is recommended that you try to delete the connection history and then reconnect.

In addition, you can try to connect to the hotspot of your current phone in other systems, or try to connect to the hotspot of other phones in the current Windows system. This can determine whether it is a Windows system problem or a mobile phone problem.

The above steps are provided based on the information I have learned so far, I wish that will be helpful to you. If your problem still cannot be solved by these steps, you could tell me the specific situation in the next reply. I will continue to assist you in solving the problem.

    Best Regards,
