In roblox you cant change directx version so i need to change the version manually in dxdiag.

DirectX 12 is fully backwards compatible to version 11, if you have DirectX12 installed, there should be no problem with DirectX 11 games.

Click your Start Button, then just type dxdiag and press Enter.
Select the Display tab on the resulting DirectX utility
Please provide a screenshot of that Display tab.

Thank you for that information, your new laptop has more RAM and so it should be faster than the old laptop.
The only thin I can suggest is to upgrade your version of Windows 10, your current version is over 1 year out of date, click the link below, then click 'Update Now' on that page to immediately get 21h2 and bring your PC right up to date

Thank you for the screenshots, your graphics do support DirectX 11 and 12, you should not have any problems with DirectX, I notice you have Integrated graphics, that does not have any VRAM, just shared system RAM, that is not ideal for playing games, but should be okay for Roblox.
What error are you seeing when you play Roblox, please provide a screenshot of that.
