Ok, there is nothing wrong with your PC, your Windows is the latest version, everything is fully up to date.
If the only problem you are having is with that Logitech software, then there is a problem with that software.
If they provide a slightly older version of that software, try installing that, if not, it would be best to contact Logitech Support, you will not be the only one experiencing this bug in their software.

Have you completely uninstalled the Logitech software, then restarted (not shut down) your PC and then reinstalled the latest version of the software?
