    Hi sommur,

Below is the support page for your laptop on the HP website, from there, download and re-install the MediaTek (Raiilink) WiFi device drivers they recommend for your laptop.

    Hi sommur,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

How old is you PC, Railink network cards usually came with older PC's installed with Windows 7 or earlier and they are usually not supported on Windows 10, because they no longer make device drivers for those network cards.

I need to look into this for you, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
