Hi Koby. I'm Greg, 10 years awarded Windows MVP, here to help you.
Those "organization" messages are usually from having a Work or School account on the PC which is applying the organization's Group Policy to your personal PC, an overactive Antivirus, or a corrupted User account.
- Check in Settings > Accounts > Access Work & School for an account there, right click to Disconnect and then remove. I would not have a Work or School account on your personal PC unless there is no other choice, or I would install it on a separate install of Windows in a Dual Boot so it doesn't infect your personal Windows install. Otherwise it will apply Group Policy on your personal PC just like it's one of the organization's PC's.
- If that doesn't help then uninstall your Antivirus, then remove any leftovers with its removal tool from here:
http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&am...
Then type Security in Search, open Security Control Panel, fix any problems shown to get Defender going.
- If that doesn't work then Test a new account by creating a new Local Admin account in Settings > Accounts > Family & Other People > Other, as shown here:
Windows 10: https://translate.google.com/translate?sl=auto&...
Windows 11: https://pureinfotech.com/create-local-administr...
Sign into the new account, test if the problem persists, if not then move your files over, test that all programs work or else reinstall them, then when ready delete the old account in the same place.
You can then change it to your Microsoft account if desired:

- If nothing else works you can try running the Commands here which have worked for others in both WIndows 10 and 11:

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions. Please report back results for all steps given so I know what else to suggest if necessary.
