2022-04-25T18:49:01+00:00 I have the same thing happening to me but I'm on windows 11 with 16gb of ram and it take up all of it. I tried to go through the control panel but the program doesn't show up at all. I also tried to delete it from the file manager and it says i don't have permission to delete it. (how do i not have permission if its my computer?) in properties of the application it says only a trusted installer can delete it. what would be a trusted installer?

2022-04-25T02:24:29+00:00 Hi, MoyukhSarkar
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
dialer.exe is a Microsoft phone dialer program. Supports TAPI-based ActiveVoice teleconferencing. Not required for Windows operating systems.
If it takes up too much CPU, it is recommended that you uninstall it, open the control panel, large icons, programs and features, find dialer.exe, right-click to uninstall, and see if you can uninstall it.
Hope the above information is helpful to you.
Best regards
