wsreset.exe produces "you'll need a new app to open this ms-windows-store link"

I recently performed a Windows 10 reset because I couldn't install any apps from the Store. The whole issue I had is this basically - https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/microsoft-store-app-installation-error-code/20762a4d-b1c9-4dbb-a8a1-84f5e5187186

But after the reset, I cannot even open the Microsoft Store, as well as not use any of the apps, like Photos and such. I have performed every solution listed on this page - https://helpdeskgeek.com/windows-10/fix-youll-need-a-new-app-to-open-this-ms-windows-store-error-in-windows/ - with zero success.

If I try running Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}, I get an 0x80073d02 error. I have perform SFC and DISM scans as well, but they cannot detect anything. Neither can the Windows Troubleshooter, and resetting the app from Settings doesn't do anything either. My Windows is up to date as of writing this post.

I really have no idea where to go now from here. I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.

    Hello M.Shafique,

Thank you for updating me with that information. I apologize that the above methods did not resolve the issue.

If the In-place upgrade did not work, You may need to consider performing a Clean Installation of Windows 10.

Download the Media Creation tool(Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 10". Instructions inside the link.
Note: Please make sure to uncheck the "Use the recommended options for this PC" box.

Please try checking the link below for more details.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-create-bootable-usb-flash-drive-install-windows-10-a.html

Insert the USB Installation media into your computer. Please change the boot order in the Bios Settings. Boot your PC from the Installation Media you created.

Kindly refer to the link below on how to perform a Clean Installation of Windows by Greg Carmack - MVP.

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.
