Unfortunately, I have tried to zip the MiniDump files but I don't have permission, even when logged in as local admin. Because of the way our computers are managed (and I work remotely), I don't have full admin access. I can look at the files, I just can't move, copy, or zip them.
Blue Screen (BSOD) when shutting down Windows
I started getting the Blue Screen nearly every time I shut down my computer. I've tried troubleshooting by removing several software applications, disconnecting all external devices, updating drivers, updating firmware, and more. I still get the BSOD. It happens after the screen that says Windows is shutting down and there is often some process that it needs to close (usually related to my NetSupport Manager software).
I am running Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 Build 19042.985 with Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0 on a Dell Precision 7550 with the following specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10875H CPU @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
32.0 GB RAM
64-bit OS, x64-based processor
NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 with Max-Q Design
Intel(R) UHD Graphics
I have downloaded the *.evtx log files as well as some Dell Optimizer Analytics reports. The System Diagnostics Analytics reports have entries such as, "A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly." and entries regarding the Blue Screen:

Any help resolving this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks!

2022-05-11T23:19:55+00:00 Okay. I found another way to get the minidump files zipped by using the cmd window as Admin. I uploaded them to our Sharefile. Hopefully, this link will work. I'll be deleting it in a few days.

Try this method, it should work.
Open that minidump folder
Select any files in there and press Ctrl + C to copy those files
On your Desktop, right click and choose New - Folder
Go into that new folder and press Ctrl + V to paste a copy of those files
Log into OneDrive: https://onedrive.live.com/
Drag that new folder form your Desktop into the OneDrive page and wait for it to upload
When it has uploaded, right click the folder on the OneDrive page and choose Share
Click Copy Link
Then post that link here.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.
Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
