I'm receiving a 403 FORBIDDEN when I try to login into one of my apps. I have been using this app for several years on the machine and this internet provider. As of today, it won't give me access. I can turn off the internet and access it on my phone data.

    Hi BerenaRigdon

I am Juliet and It's my pleasure to help you today.

How are you? I hope you are doing good.

I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you :)

I would suggest you try to clear your browser cache and cookies.

Clearing the cache won’t affect your browsing experience much, but some websites may take a couple of extra seconds to load as they re-download all the previously cached data. Clearing cookies means you’ll have to sign in again to most websites.

I hope it helps! Let me know the results.

    Hi Carlo,

The program it is blocking is called SwipeSimple.

Yes, this is the only thing that I'm having this issue with.

I turned off my WIFI and used my phone as a hot spot. Using my phone data only, I was able to access it.

    Below is the screenshot

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Berena.

I cleared my cache and cookies and I still get the same 403 Forbidden error message.
