Only one friend can join to any of my worlds

When I play in a world and I want my friends to join, the one who joins first can play and the rest stay in "connecting with multiplayer game" or "locating server".

So far I have tried with:

Change privacy settings of my xbox account
Make me and my friends use different accounts
Downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10
Use different devices

I don't know what to do at this point

PS: I'm talking about a Minecraft Bedrock world in version 1.18.12

Then your server probably supports only 2 people. what thing do you use to make servers?

It is not a server, but a Minecraft Bedrock world where friends connects by Xbox accounts. And the player limit is 8

Yes, we have already played on custom servers and they work correctly. But the problem is that sometimes the performance of the server goes down and there is more lag, so I would like to host the world

can you try making servers? or your change your multiplayer settings. if you want to make servers here's one website where you can make for free

http://aternos.org/try inviting them, make them Friends if you didn't alerdy and make it Friends of friends, or friends only, check is multiplayer is off, or it is Invite Only(in the multiplayer settings)
