Hi KUMARAVEL MUTHUSAMY ,
previously did that wireless adapter work on the 5 GHz band? It seems that adapter does not support the 5 GHz WiFi standard but only 2.4 GHz.

Click on the search bar and type in cmd
Right click on the results and click on run as administrator
In the cmd window type in this command
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:"add the path here where the cab file is stored"
For example if the cab file is in downloads the full command will be
dism /online /add-package /packagepath:C:\Users\USERNAME\Downloads\20738705_c022d06f59e2c2d1d1df890e6c9f846d1834171b.cab (replace USERNAME with your account username)
