How can I change my account pin on the microsoft website?

Ok to explain, I use a different account on my windows computer than the one I use for gaming. And I do not want to add an account on to this pc. And my problem is when I try to login into Minecraft it asks for my pin, and I forgot my pin. So I click "I forgot my pin" but when I do that it asks me to go to account settings? The account I'm using to log into minecraft is different than the one on my pc idiots! So, can I reset this via email or on the microsoft website? Thanks in advance!
