Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.
I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you.
You need to check if the SSD is recognized in the Device Manager and in the Disk Management.
Device Manager:
1-Right-click on Star then click on Device Manager
2-Click to expand the Disk drives
3-Right-click on the SSD and select properties
4-Check the status in the general tab
Disk Management:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Disk Management
2-Check the File System and the Status of the SSD
3-If the drive show as "Not active", right-click on that and select "Mark the partition active"
If the SSD is recognized but keeps not showing in the File Explorer, please attach a screenshot of Disk Management and the result of these commands to help to identify what is causing the problem.
1-Right-Click on Start then click on Windows PowerShell(admin)
2-Run these commands:
Diskpart (and press Enter)
List disk (and press Enter)
List vol (and press Enter)
