Prevent windows from starting when I open the lid

My Dell laptop always automatically booting when I open the lid and it is quite annoying. I was told to use command prompt to reveal the hidden option in the Power Options panel but it did not work. Is there an another way to turn this function off?

    I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.

    this feature needs to be disabled on the UEFI BIOS. To do that, turn off the laptop, then turn it on, immediately, press repeatedly F2, you will enter on the UEFI BIOS. On the left menu, select Power, scroll to the bottom and turn off the option Power On Lid Open, select "Apply the changes" and exit to finish.
