Recently my windows 10 forcefully installed update 21h2 even though my windows was incompatible. Every time I turn on my computer the same feature update is being installed and finishes installing, when I log in the feature update is installing at 0%. I am unable to delete the feature update via control panel as it is stuck at 0% uninstalling and the file for the update cannot be found. The feature update installing has been slowing down my windows and making my windows go back and fourth.

    Hello, how are you?

    My name is Paloma B., I am very happy to be able to try to help you in the best possible way.

    I understand that you had problems with Windows updates, I'm sorry to hear about this problem.

    I suggest you uninstall the update and check if the problem still happens, you can hide it so that it is not reinstalled.

    Follow these steps to uninstall the latest updates. If you don't need to uninstall the update, go straight to the procedure of hiding it so it won't be listed anymore.

    1. Press the “Win + I” keys together to open the Windows 10 “Settings” screen;
    2. In the open window, enter “Update and Security”;
    3. Now, click on “View update history”;
    4. On the new page, at the top, click on “Uninstall updates”;
    5. Then, in the list of updates, select the update;
    6. With the item selected, click on “Uninstall”;
    7. After the procedure has been completed, restart your computer. At this time, due to having uninstalled an update, Windows 10 may take a little longer to start the first time.

    To temporarily prevent the update from being reinstalled until a new driver or updated fix is available, a troubleshooter is available that provides a user interface to hide and show Windows updates and drivers for Windows 10. You can obtain and perform the "Show or hide updates" troubleshooting.

    The following file is available for download on the Site: https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/tutorials...

    I await news.
