I understand that you would like to reset your computer.
Please check if the procedure below helps to carry out this procedure.
First I suggest you try resetting Windows directly in the settings.
- Press Windows+I;
- Select Update and Security;
- On the left side menu click on Recovery;
- In the Restore PC part, select the Start option. Then a new Windows window will open.
- Choose between "Keep Files" or "Remove All" -> Next;
- Just wait for the reset and then reconfigure your Windows your way.
If by any chance you cannot access the reset from within Windows due to current problems, you will need to follow the procedure below.

Configure in your computer's BIOS to start via the USB installation.

- Boot with the Pen Drive;
- When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer;
- Click Troubleshooting;
- Advanced options;
- Click Restore PC > Choose between "Keep Files" or "Remove All".
