STABILITY ISSUES-

My laptop is very unstable on Windows 11 PRO, but after I reinstalled all the system software and I had to downgrade to Windows 10 PRO. All errors were present before I upgraded to Windows 11 PRO itself, but only difference is that it got worse on Windows 11 PRO.

UPDATE- WHEA ERRORS COME UP, BUT I'M UNABLE TO FIND THE FAULTY HARDWARE... TESTED ALMOST EVERYTHING- CPU, DRAM, STORAGE, DRIVERS,- NO PROBLEMS. I DON'T KNOW ABOUT OTHER ISSUES. I AM GUESSING IT IS A PROBLEM WITH A POWER CONTROLLER OR SOMETHING. MY ADAPTER IS NEW. IT ONLY HAPPENS WHEN PLUGGED IN.

The laptop kept freezing randomly. Including issues like overheating.

NOTE- THIS ONLY OCCURS WHEN PLUGGED IN.

CURRENTLY, NONE OF THIS HAPPENS.

UPDATE- GAVE WHEA_UNCONTROLLABLE_ERROR BLUE SCREEN ON WINDOWS 10 PRO. - 7-APRIL-2022

REINSTALLED WINDOWS ITSELF 2 TIMES. STOPPED FREEZING, BUT STILL VERY UNSTABLE- 5TH APRIL 2022

MY PC SPECS-

ALL DRIVERS ARE UP TO DATE

I JUST NEED CONFIRMATION ON WHAT TO DO WITH WHEA ERRORS. AFTER SCANS CAN'T FIND THE PROBLEM.

PS, I think the video drivers were updated by Windows which conflict with the graphics card Dell uses. So just get the original driver for your video card and it should fix the WHEA error you have, it did with my E7490

This is how I solved my WHEA blue screen problem: The problem is you need to roll back to graphics card driver, newer drivers on the Dell conflict with windows 11. The solution is to remove the old Intel Drivers and install the correct one.

Here is the article on it. https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000129799/latitude-5x80-5x90-7x80-7x90-and-precision-3520-windows-hardware-error-architecture-whea-blue-screen-or-system-hang

Here is the link to the driver https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=r8t3c

    Hi Nimai

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That laptop should be able to run Windows 11 with no problems, and on the support page for your laptop (linked beow0 Dell do provide a full set oof Windows 11, many are marked as urgent,

    https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-ie/product...

So if you do decide to upgrade to Windows 11 again, it would be best to install those drivers form Dell, especially the BIOS update from March 22.
