I found KMSPico inside my PC what should I do?

I was just scrolling through my installed apps in the Settings and I found KMSPico, I'm thinking of deleting it but I am worried that it could brick my Windows installation.

    KMS activators are usually used to activate Windows or office installation on your computer illegally. Many hackers also use this program to distribute malware and ransomware.

    Let us determine the current activation state of Windows.

    To better diagnose the issue,

    1. Right-click Start button and Choose Windows Powershell(admin) and type in the following command:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

    You will get a window, take a screenshot and send the same in the next reply.
