BUG in IoT Central - zero telemerty values are not shown in LKV widget, "No Data Found" displayed instead

I see you have a different JSon package, you have "thermostat2" and inside values for alarm and temperature, however we don't have this in our two IOT Central and we facing issue in both. Could you please try the same template I've shared? Also, could you please share details of your template?

I've tried to configure template like in your example. Still, does not work even if telemetry value is a part of the object. It only works if property is enum or string value. All other types like integer or double are not shown when zero values.

I think it works for you because you've configured Display Name for your property. However, this will not solve the problem for me, because I have other numeric telemetries that could send zero values and I would like to show that in Last Known Value widget. Please see my configurations below:

Ksenia, have a look at my example, there is a temperature property configured exactly like you made it.

Hi Roman, I don't see details of Temperature property because it is collapsed in your screenshot. Another difference, is that we don't use Components in telemetry, but send raw telemetry values instead, please see screen shot with Json package example in my initial issue report.

The following screen snippet shows the details of Temperature property:

From the DTDL version2 model point of the view, there is no differences between the components. (such as default, etc.)

Ok, then I'm not sure what is the difference between your configuration and mine, the only I see that values are sent as part of Component in your project and in our projects we don't use components in templates. I've tried float, double and integer data types - the problem is reproduced for all numeric types in two different IoT Central application. It was working fine yesterday and no changes was made in templates or data we send.

Also, I see this is a UI bug: if I scroll page bottom just to hide the widget from the page and then scroll back - I see the values as it suppose to show for a moment, but then some overlay window applied and it shows No Data Found.

Try to create a new instance of the IoT Central App in the USA/Canada or WestEurope for test purpose. Note, that the last update of the IoT Central App has been on November 30th. My regions are CentralUSA and WestEurope without any issues.

Creating new app in other region will not solve the issue which is right now affecting our production application (we cannot recreate it).
I know that last update was made on Nov 30, it could be that one day we had some cached scripts.

There are other UI bugs came with latest update. I hope Azure IoT Team will be able to fix this issue.

Yes, it looks like the bug, it should be shown a default value such as 0.

Ok, that is good news. Looks like you also had some cached scripts.

Hope Azure IoT Team will take this issue into work, it is quite affecting our app as we can have different measurements which could be at 0 value and showing No Data is very wrong.
