Hello everyone,

I have a Samsung Soundbar HWM360 which is not discoverable by my PC's via bluetooth (running windows 10). It does not show up under Audio, nor it is discoverable upon searching for new devices.

  • My iPhone/Pixel is able to pair with my Soundbar, and so is my MacBook and other Windows laptops.
  • My PC is able to pair with my iPhone, and other portable bluetooth speakers

So far I have tried:

  • Hardware device troubleshooting
  • Updating bluetooth drivers
  • Restarting bluetooth service
  • Windows Update
  • Making my PC discoverable
  • On the chat with a Windows agent for more than an hour

Anyone help?

    Good Day Xuan,

I appreciate your time time getting back to this thread, I checked your computer manufacturers website and it appears that your device model does not support Bluetooth feature, are you using a Bluetooth dongle or Bluetooth adapter to connect to Bluetooth?

If yes, you can try to use a diffent Bluetoth dongles or adapter then try to pair your soundbar.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

    Hi Carlo,

Thanks for your help. Not sure if it's a bluetooth problem as I am still able to connect other devices to my PC.

Anyway I have tried what you suggested but it's still not showing up.

My System Model is MS-7C96 / Micro-star International Co
