Dear IAmBobb,
I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.
To fix this issue kindly try the steps below:
1-Try to use another keyboard and check if the issue still persists or not. If the issue still persists, it means the issue is software-related and it is best to Update its driver from Device Manager. If it does not fix the issue, uninstall the keyboard driver and download then install the latest driver from the manufacturer's website.
2-Change the keyboard layout and check whether the issue still persists or not:

3-Perform a clean boot and disable non-Microsoft services:

After that check to see if the issue still persists or not. If the issue is fixed, do the same procedure and re-enable the services one by one until you find the service that causes the issue.
4-Start your computer in Safe mode and check to see if the issue still persists or not:

5-You can go through this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly:

6-If the issue still persists, perform an in-place upgrade:

7-If your keyboard warranty is still applicable, contact your product's manufacturer to run a diagnostic on your device.
Please let me know if you need further assistance and keep me updated.
Have a nice day
