I was referring to this message "you can no longer run the build"

If you have been removed from insiders builds and your device is not compatible with windows 11 you will not be able to run windows 11. The only exception is for TPM which can be bypassed with the method I mentioned earlier. If your processor or other compatibility is not met then sadly you will need to use windows 10.

You are using the incorect DISM Path/process

(Unless your winupdate client is damaged)

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

(this uses win update to provide files)

    Hello WolfBoy,

    I am Jaspreet Singh

Please follow these steps listed by Lester BernardReyes here : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

And run an inplace upgrade. This should resolve the missing file issue.
