resetting pc stuck on 1 percent for 4 hours

i have searched this issue and found a lot of people saying to just leave it even if it takes a 18 hours more it will eventually get to an end

i figured it could take a while because i have a 14tb hdd but the thing is i literally have zero files on the pc

1.Should i wait more because of the 14 tb

2.If i decided to abort it, whats the worst that could happen other than file loss since that wouldnt matter to me

3.How exactly should i abort it? power off pc?

the options i chose while resetting the pc

remove everything > local install>change settings

checked clean data

checked delete files from all drives

checked remove provisioning packages(i have no idea what that means but checked it anyway)

SOLVED

For all folks out there with the same problem reading this message, trust me all you gotta do is wait

no matter how good specs you got

no matter how little files on the pc you got

even if the hdd indicator wasnt blinking

even if its been 24 hours

if its stuck on a number that wont even get past

TRUST ME EVENTUALLY IT WILL END

    I've got a 2tb M2.SSD with Windows 11 insider and it's a brand new £5000 gaming pc, but cause i've got a 2tb ssd it takes my gaming pc about 2 hours to reset that's because it's deleting/wiping everything off the drive, even if the drives empty, so it'll take your pc a very long time if you have chosen to wipe data from all drives, just leave it on and if the percent moves up then you know it's not broken, it's just wiping the drives very slowly.

    here's my pc specs

    12gen intel core i9 12900K

    64GB DDR5 RAM

    M.2 2TB SDD

    RTX 3090 24GB

    so it's not my pc being slow it's windows wiping the drives very slow, and i believe it goes slow when resetting when you select to delete the data on any drive because it must format it in a special windows way.

    Hello, how are you?

    My name is Paloma B., I am very happy to be able to try to help you in the best possible way.

    This is an open community, whenever you need you can share the problem so that possible repairs are suggested.

    Yes, it will probably take longer due to the size of your disk.

    In some cases, aborting the reset process can damage Windows files.

    More to abort it just means form the shutdown for it to stop.

    If the process does not evolve and ends, I suggest you try to redo the reset process, but using a Windows installation USB, for that follow the tutorial below.

    Step 1

    Create installation media on this computer or other if necessary.

    Follow the guidelines on the link below, please:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    Step 2

    Configure in your computer's BIOS to start via the USB installation.

    ***If you have any questions on how to start the USB installation, you can refer to this guide please.

    https://www.groovypost.com/howto/bios-uefi-setu...

    1. Boot with the Pen Drive;
    2. When the installation window appears, click Repair your computer;
    3. Click Troubleshooting;
    4. Advanced options;
    5. Click Restore PC > Choose between "Keep Files" or "Remove All".

    I await news.
