Thanks for the response Sumit. There is only one GPU installed and each display is using the Intel Iris Xe. This is a brand new computer I just picked up yesterday. An LG Gram with Windows 11. My previous laptop had no issues with the same monitors and same graphics card that I am using now.
Display Scale and Layout is Greyed Out
I have just got a new laptop and am configuring my 2 additional monitors. The scale and layout settings are greyed out as shown below, not allowing me to adjust the resolution of monitor #3. I have reinstalled the graphics driver, checked for windows updates and restarted. If I manually adjust the scale, it changes the scale for all three monitors. I can change the scale and layout for the other monitors. How can I adjust these settings for monitor #3?

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.
Weird.
Are there multiple GPUs on the laptop? If you disable either one, does that help?

You may also want to check the Intel/Nvidia GPU settings for settings related to Aspect Ratio on the other monitors.
Keep me posted.

2022-04-16T18:52:28+00:00 When I use two different USB C ports for the two monitors, this allowed me to use a higher resolution on both monitors. I have a docking station connected to the computer which I had previously connected two HDMI cables into. I did not have this issue with a previous computer, but this may be what is needed for this one. Thanks.
