I got a new notebook that came with windows 11 (single language), i'm used to looking up every setting in english, and they're not showing up in windows search as most of the tools have different names in the local language, which is really incovenient. I need to change the windows display language to english but the system won't allow me, as the license only allows a single display language, what are my options? Will i have to pay for the pro license or do i have another plan which covers more display languages? Thanks.

This is beyond irritating; I have the same issue. What other OS does this... imagine buying an Android and you can only choose one language! At the very least we should be able to make the decision. I can't remember what I did when I set up the machine but never occurred to me that a display language choice would be permanent.

That's how Microsoft is willing to make money, by annoying their users...

Single language means you won't be able to change the display language and you could only add new keyboard or language to type but not change the display language of the Windows.
You have to upgrade to Windows 11 Multilanguage or Windows 11 Pro.
