    Hi tommorton4,

Good day! This is Jhakesong and I will be happy to assist you with this.

I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. What is the app that you are using to play videos? Is it windows media player? Is it also possible to get a screenshot of what comes up after playing the video?

Let me know how it goes. Have a great day!

Open up the Zoom Player settings

Make sure you've clicked "Switch To Advanced Mode" see (1)

Select Playback -> Make sure "Auto-Save Associated Media definition file" is unchecked

    Hi tommorton4,

Thank you for the reply. Just to check if the same behaviour happens using a different video player, can you use VLC media player and play the same videos? Here's the download link of VLC.

Are you also using the freeware version of zoom player? or the paid one?

Let me know how it goes.
