Microphone labeld as microphone array

I have a reddragon condenser microphone ( USB type). On my desktop computer it displays as something with the likes of redragon and a bunch of numbers found on the sound control panel. But when I plug this microphone in my lenovo ideapad 3 , it does not detect it and says USB not recognized,I used the trouble shoot option already and it did detect it and "fixed" it after that trouble shoot I restarted and it still didn't fix it. My microphone does not light up nor does the volume buttons in it physically work, instead of seeing the redragon name I see a microphone labeld microphone array with the icon of a camera. When I listen to it my condenser works but still it does not light up nor does the buttons work. I'm using earphones on the headphone jack to listen to it if that might help, I have no other USB devices plugged to it besides the USB red dragon and a gaming mouse from lenovo.

When I listen to it my condenser works but still it does not light up nor does the buttons work.

"Microphone Array" is your laptop's internal mic, nothing to do with your USB mic.

You are listening to your laptop's mic, not your USB mic.

If there is no power light up, it either because your USB cable is loose or that you have a bad USB cable or you have a loose wire connection within your USB mic or that you are using an USB hub on your laptop.

Are you running Windows 11 on your desktop too?

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.

    Check with the device's manufacturer.

Have a look at Support – REDRAGON ZONE.
