Microsoft Expression Web is a "free" direct replacement for your aging Frontpage (Literally, you'll think you just upgraded the same program)
However, MS stopped making it available directly... BUT

Do a search for the program, you'll find a MS forum link that will get you going in the right direction.https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/microsoft-expression-web-4-download/e6a4eba5-2d7e-4eed-8fab-c945a83215c4YouYou should be up and running in no time, (no issues on WIN11 by the way)

FrontPage 2003 is not supported on Windows 11. It's from 19 years ago.

I'm sorry, I'm running out of possible fixes and solutions. Since this is an open forum, let's see if another member of the community has an alternative solution to the issue.

Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you.

Are you having a problem installing or running the frontpage 2003? If you are having a problem running this program, did you try the compatibility troubleshooter? If you are receiving an error message, please attach a screenshot.

Even on machines that came pre-installed with Windows 11, you can downgrade to Windows 10, but you will need to clean install Windows.

It doesn't give a error code (and I like windows 11..) but basically when I try to open a file or save a file it's stops responding and never comes back, I have tried compatibility troubleshooting (every option there is available for it) and no dice, thank you for responding btw
