I just installed windows 10 on this computer... every time i restart or shut down and turn on the laptop this appears and i have to turn wifi on again. Microsoft looked at it and reset the network settings. BUT it still happens. I have 1 other laptop with windows 11 and 2 desktops with windows 11 and this does not happen with those. This laptop that i am having trouble with cannot run Windows 11.

    System Information:

1-Right-click on Start and click on Run

2-Type: msinfo32 and click on OK

    Driver version:

1-Right-click on Start and click on Device Manager

2-Click to expand the Network adapters

3-Right-click on your Wifi driver and select properties

4-Then click on the Driver tab

I found an article on the Dell site about this error on another model with the same Wifi card, the driver version Version 10.0.0.315 A03 should fix this problem.

You can see the article at this link.

    https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000141...

You can download Version 10.0.0.315 A03 at this link.

I also found the driver Version 10.0.0.318 A00

    https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers...

Try to install one of these drivers and check if the problem is fixed.
