Hey guys! I've been looking around for a solution to this for ages but I just can't click the bottom left corner on my HP All In One Desktop. It's really strange and has been happening for a week. I think it's like a app that can't load up or maybe something is just corrupt. You can see box in the picture.

    Hello maheshbhattarai3,

Good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

This is currently a known issue in Windows 11 when the mouse cursor hovers over Search and there have been several reports from other users experiencing the same problem.

**Please try clicking the Search icon again then check if the issue persists.

    **Restart Windows Explorer

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

    Select the Processes tab.

Scroll down and select Windows Explorer, Right click then select Restart.

**Open Task Manager then go to Details tab

    Find MinisearchHost.exe

Right click it then select End task or suspend it

Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.

    Kind regards,

    John DeV

Surprisingly enough, when I restarted Windows Explorer through the Task Manager as suggested, the problem seems to be gone. I could not find MinisearchHost.exe at all.

I imagine that if I restart my laptop, the problem will reappear, but I haven't done that. It just stays up all the time.

I wanted to add to this thread because I am having a problem with the lower left corner of my screen. There seems to be a section there where my cursor simply changes to a "busy" signal...the cursor will not let me select anything in that small area. If I can scroll the screen up so that the select field is out of that lower lefthand corner, then I can select. What the heck is going on with this? I have Windows 11. I will try your suggestions below.
