Can I change the position of the clock on the lock screen of the new Windows 11. Its in the middle of my background and messing up my sick pictures.

There's not presently any way to move the clock on the Windows 11 Lock Screen although you can change it's format so it might work better with your pics:

If you want to suggest this to Microsoft you can use the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu where developers are tasked to process consumer feedback and may interact with you. But Microsoft will not even see it here because this is a tech forums where we are mostly volunteers trying to help solve your problems.
