I had several internet problems in the past months. Even with low ping some games lagged and the speed for download wasn't more than 5mb's on WiFi (both 2.4ghz and 5.0gjz) and no more than 20 on the lan.

My internet speed is around 60-90 on smartphone or other devices, only the pc gives such problems. How can I solve?

Ohh, Okay...:) Let us now try to disable proxy settings

  1. Press Windows + S to launch the search bar of your start. Type “proxy” in the dialogue box and select the first result which comes forth.
  2. Press LAN Settings button present at the near end of the window.
  3. Uncheck the box which says “Use a proxy server for your LAN”.
  4. Press Ok to save changes and exit.
  5. Now check if the problem got fixed.

I hope it helps! Let me know the results.

Please Let me know if you have more questions or the above method didn't work for you, I'll be more than happy to assist you further :)

Good morning Juliet, hope everything is good for you.

I did as you asked and this is the result

I'm glad it prompted me a problem cause i knew there was one but it doesn't give me much information on how to fix it.
