Suddenly have Low FPS

Starting yesterday I have been getting very low frames on games that I usually have a high fps in. For example: In Valorant I used to play on high graphics with 120 fps, but now on low setting I'm lucky to get 30fps.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics

8 GB RAM

    Do you have an unknown program that would run in the background?

    To check, right click on the start button and select "Task Manager" and check in the open processes if a program takes all the power of the computer.

    If yes, you may have a malicious file in your PC, then do a scan with these two software below (the free version)

    Malwarebytes to clean pc: https://malwarebytes.com/

    If not, check if your graphic drivers are up to date. Or simply reinstall them.
