My Computer Keeps Crashing due to Memory Issues

Anonymous

I kept getting blue screens with errors like:

Memory_Management

IRQL_not_less_or_equal

I have windows 10. My Motherboard, CPU, GPU, RAM are all new.

I have tried with xmp on/off.

Different sticks of ram.

Ram is in the correct slots (2-4)

I ran a memory diagnostic and then got a popup saying "Your computer has a memory problem".

I have no idea what to do.

Here is my Memory.dmp file https://www.dropbox.com/s/hrjm4a7tfvm3m46/MEMORY.DMP?dl=0

    Hi Ben_862

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your Memory.dmp file is 2.7GB in size, please zip up that file to vastly reduce its size and re-upload that file

Also, check in C:\Windows\Minidump to see if there are any minidump files, and if there are, please upload those as a separate download.

I will then analyze your dun files for you.

    H Ben

Those new minidump files indicate a Windows driver associated to an input device is causing your system to crash, do you have any specific mouse, keyboard or game controller connected to your PC that requires manufacturers device drivers?

    Hi Ben,

Your dump files just indicate memory (RAM) corruption no specific driver is listed

    1

The best option is to download the widely available free utility MemTest86, then run a full 4 pass scan with that to test your RAM for physical errors

    2

If no RAM errors are found, to try to force Windows 10 show any faulting drivers, the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

Here is the zipped Memory.dmp and the Zipped Minidump's
