I turned off "hide protected system files" and browsing my disk and then I discovered some "system files" that look like my files but empty

And yes they are word files. When I try to delete it, it shows a warning just as system files.

So, does it safe to delete it?

Hi SteIIarz,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Those files are the temporary work files that Word and the other Office applications create when you open and work on a Word or other Office file, they are normally deleted when you then save and close that file

Those temp work files take up little or no space, but you can safely delete those if you wish, also it is best to not leave System files showing all the time.
