    Hi Swastik Choudhury.

    I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Reset network settings:

    1. Open Start and select "Settings > Network & Internet > Status";
    2. At the bottom of the page, click on "Network Reset";
    3. Select "Reset Now", and at the confirmation screen, select "Yes";

    Note: The PC will need to be restarted.

    1. Now open Start and type cmd;
    2. Right-click on "Command Prompt" in the result list and select "Run as administrator";
    3. At the Command Prompt, type the following commands one at a time and press Enter:

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh winsock reset

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

    ipconfig /flushdns

    1. Restart your PC and see if the issue is resolved.

    If it persists, do a clean reinstallation of the network driver.

    Before starting the procedure, go to the support area of the Lenovo website and download the latest network driver.

    https://support.lenovo.com/us/en

    Uninstall the current driver:

    1. Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
    2. Expand "Network adapters";
    3. Right-click on the adapter and select "Uninstall device";

    (It may have more than one adapter, if you don't identify the correct one, send a screenshot "Windows + Shift + S")

    1. On the confirmation screen, check "Delete the driver software for this device" and click "Ok";
    2. Restart the PC.

    Install the driver you downloaded from Lenovo.

    I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions.

    I didn't find any signs of problems analyzing your system information.

    Perform a clean boot to see if any third-party program in the background is causing this behavior. Follow the instructions carefully.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

    If the behavior does not occur after a clean boot. In this same article, there is a technique to help you identify which program is causing this in "How to determine what is causing the problem after you do a clean boot".

    After finding the cause or if it does not help, return to normal boot as instructed in "Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting".

    Technically by default, Windows can run network at full speed, so for example, your messing with DNS would have been counter productive. You should reset the network settings in Windows - there's a reset choice in Windows networking.

    Having reset, you should look online for the latest driver for that networking hardware either from the computer manufacturer if its prebuilt, or if you built it, then on the motherboard manufacturers website.

    After that, if still not, then try updating the BIOS.

    After that, then you may need to try resetting the router or advanced things.

    But, for most people, messing with Windows networking settings is the wrong way to go and only invites other issues later. Its also not necessary for most. Windows is more like 1%. Though, if you installed something that limits the speed such as AntiVirus application then that could be it.

    Send your system information.

    1. Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.
    2. Select "File > Save" and save the file in a location you can easily find;
    3. Upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc...) and choose to share it to get the link;
    4. Post the link to the file here so it can be analyzed.
