Which apps are slowing down internet?

Hi my name is Ahmed Malick,

Anytime when I use my PC, some apps, services and updates always starts on background and slows down my internet speed. So help me finding best bandwidth monitoring app for pc which is free, best and will be used by simply opening and not by using background services.

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open Task Manager (Ctrl +Shift + Esc)

    Select the Processes Tab in Task Manager, then click the Network Column header, so the arrow on that column header points downwards.

    Leave Task Manager open to monitor your network connection,

    When your network connection is slow, what processes are at the top of the Network list in Task Manager?

    Not enough info here for a specific application.

    Generally, any 3rd party AntiVirus application may if its set to check the internet/network traffic, etc. The more aggressive those applications are the slower things become.

    OneDrive is another that can slow it down depending how you have it used.

    Open the Settings App, then go to Network & internet - Data usage

    What apps are listed as using your Internet data/

    Yep! I always keep an eye on processes and always end the task but I want an app to keep it easy.
