Hello,

Could anyone help me figure out the reason behind this error message? It often appears and I think it's related to my system sometimes randomly restarting with/without BSOD.

There's no trail on the internet regarding "cpuz152" service failure

Using AMD ryzen 5 3600 processor.

    Hi Voronkevičius,

Thanks for sharing the minidump file.

The minidump files did not name any driver only indicating a Windows component which means something else drove the system to a fault or it could be a memory corruption that usually happens due to driver incompatibility.

To troubleshoot this issue, kindly try the steps below:

    1-Check for updates:

Go to Settings > Update and Security > Check for update > install all the pending updates

2-Run Command Prompt as administrator. Type this command and hit enter:

    dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Then, type these commands and hit enter:

    sfc /scannow

    chkdsk /f

3-If you are overclocking your PC, try running everything (CPU, GPU, system memory) at their stock speeds. See if the issue is still reproducible. Or, turn off XMP profile or set it to Auto.

4-Download then install the latest version of BIOS & Chipset drivers from the manufacturer's website.

    5-Run the Windows Memory Diagnostic:

6-If the issue still persists, do a repair install of Windows 11 using an Installation Media:

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.

    Stay safe

    Hi Voronkevičius,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

May I ask if you have installed any tool or utility regarding the smart shutdown?

Kindly check C:\Windows\Minidump and copy available minidump files to the desktop then share them via One Drive or Google Drive in order to be analyzed and indicate which file is causing the crash.

    Regards,

    Hi Dyaribarham,

Here's a link 071022-7046-01.zip. I have added 3 dump files, two of which were generated yesterday and one today.

And no, I have not installed any utility tools regarding smart shutdown. I even disabled "Fast Startup" just to prevent system from reusing same powered kernel.

Hope these files helps you to indentify the issue!

    Sinerely,

    Simonas Voronkevičius

The image displayed event ID 7000.

The service error can be ignored.

If you want to you can reinstall the software to see if it makes any difference.

Alternatively the registry can be modified to allow a longer duration of time.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/windows-server/system-management-components/service-not-start-events-7000-7011-time-out-error

The service control manager waits for the time that is specified by the ServicesPipeTimeout entry before logging event 7000 or 7011.

Services that depend on the Windows Trace Session Manager service may require more than 60 seconds to start.

Therefore, increase the ServicesPipeTimeout value appropriately to give all the dependent services enough time to start.
