System User
Why would I have a system user account on my computer windows 10 when I did not set it up? Looks like the system user is the highest user and can control things, audit, view what I have been doing, mine data, etc.

Windows creates users in the background with high privileges, usually starting with something like S-15.0.1.... and those hidden accounts are used for things like Windows Updates, Windows Security, System Management... etc. this is normal and exists on a ll Windows systems, can you please provide more information on where you are seeing the account(s) and a screenshot of what you are seeing.
