How to remove subframes malware

Recently I have found many subframes causing high CPU/memory/battery usage in my Task Manager. These include criteo, stripe, aaxad, adnxs, casalemedia. I believe the only app I have downloaded recently is the SlimJet browser which appears to be a reputable app. Surprisingly I am not finding much information on this topic (subframes or subframe malware) on Google, and none at all and how I might go about removing this malware.
