Installing Windows 10 from USB leads to blank blue screen

As the subject states, I am attempting to install Windows on a new PC. I created a bootable USB using the Windows Media Creation tool and selected the appropriate settings. I selected the USB as the priority boot in the Bios of the computer. However, where I should be seeing the windows logo or the first screen for the setup, all I have is a blank blue screen. When I press ESC the computer restarts, when I press enter the screen briefly goes dark then back to the blank blue. Other than that nothing else responds. After about a minute on this screen the computer shuts down. I also updated my Bios and nothing changed. I am currently stumped as to what the issue can be

    I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience. It might have something to do with your BIOS settings. Usually a windows installation media is created for a UEFI BIOS. Check if your BIOS is set the same way.
