Thanks for your feedback. Both function must be working after a power schemes reset. Please try the second part of the procedure, by running:

    sfc /scannow

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Hi Sychicyuto, my name is Jose, a Windows user like you. I'll be glad to help you today. I'm sorry to hear this.

Please verify if you get the same issue while using the command line. For this, please select the Start button, type CMD and from the right side select Run as administrator. Next type:

    shutdown -s -t 00

If the procedure works, please open CMD as administrator again and run the following command, then restart your computer:

    powercfg -restoredefaultschemes

If the procedure does not work, please run the following commands:

    sfc /scannow

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Please let me know if that fix your issue or if you need any further assistance.
