If your devise was provided with win 10 preinstalled, then you have no win7 license
In any case win7 support ended Jan 2020 and as such is no longer available from MS, even if your device was win7 compatible

I'm using windows 10 and would like to install windows 7 also , I clicked a hyper link to download windows 7 upgrade advisor provided by a Microsoft MVP but its sending to a download page and nothing else ,,I'm using chrome ,,

Downloading 8.1 is not the problem.
Windows 8.1 does not come for free either.
And Microsoft no longer sells it and we can not recommend anywhere safe to buy it from.
And once again, even if you managed to buy it your computer manufacturer would have to support Windows 8.1 and supply Windows 8.1 drivers for your exact model number.
