Keyboard volume keys not working

The usb keyboard volume controls (mute, volume controls, skip, etc) for my windows 11 desktop have not been working since I got it. I did a bit of research and tried moving the port, updating the drivers, and turning HIDS to automatic. None of those worked and I'm out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi,
I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

Does the keyboard have a Fn key as well? If so, please press Fn+Esc keys and check if the issue resolves.

I see, thanks. Can you try uninstalling it? It would reinstall on reboot. See if it fixes the problem.

    Right click Start.
    • Choose Device Manager
    • Expand Keyboard.
    • Right click the keyboard
    • Select Uninstall
    • Restart your computer.

Thank you. Does the keyboard require 3rd party drivers?

The device manager says I have the latest drivers and the manufacturer does not appear to offer a driver for my model of keyboard.
