I can't open task manager and cmd

Hi,

For some reason I cannot open my task manager or CMD just to close some files or navigate around my system. It seems to be working before but now I cannot use it. What to do?

    I'm Kevin B. Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience, let me help you sort things out.

    Are you receiving error message when you open those program?

    Kindly press windows key + R

    Type: taskmgr

    Hit enter.

    Does it open the task manager?

    Or try to press CTRL ALT Del button at the same time.

    On the screen click on task manager and see if it will open.

    For command prompt, press Windows key + R

    Type: cmd

    Press Ctrl Shift + Enter.

    It will open command prompt with admin privileges

    Does both application will open? If not, try to restart the computer and check it again.
