Thank you so much Kirk for trying to help but I tried your way many times and it did not work. So actually in Windows 11 (this all has to be done while casting to your TV) I had to go to Settings > Sound and turn off the laptop's internal speakers. Go to the Taskbar go to Volume and click the arrow to the right of the it's slider, in the Volume drop down go to the bottom and select More Volume Settings. That will open System Sound, in the 1st selection click on the Digital Output arrow on the far right. It will then show selection choices of Speakers then Digital Output, select the Digital Output arrow and on the far right choose Allow.
What I found out through trial and error is that Device Detection will not detect a TV device that has already been accepted into Casting. And you have to reset your TV in order to completely remove it from Windows 11 Casting. And I wasn't about to go through ALL of that. I had even removed and reinstalled (as Microsoft Help instructed) the adapter drivers for Sound or Bluetooth Sound or whatever and it still didn't work.
I'm sure you might find a better way to do this and if so please let me know. But again thank you and pass this information along to help others. Have an awesome one.
Regards,
RedRojo
